Suffler Media offers creative and digital services including but not limited to:

UI/UX design
Brand identity & visual systems
Social media management & strategy
Content creation (visual, static, motion & written)
All project timelines and deliverables will be mutually agreed upon and may vary based on the scope and revisions requested.
Project Agreement & Approvals
All work begins only after:
A written approval or confirmation (email, WhatsApp, signed quote, or invoice acceptance)
An initial advance payment (as agreed in proposal)
Final approvals must be provided in writing. Verbal approvals will not be considered valid.
Security & Payments
Payments must be made according to the terms mentioned in the proposal, invoice, or contract.
50% advance is required to start any project unless otherwise stated.
Remaining payment must be cleared before final files, website deployment, or app delivery.
Delay in payment may cause pause in project progress.
Non-refundable fees: Due to the creative and digital nature of our work, the advance payment is non-refundable.
Data Collection
Clients agree not to: Reproduce, resell, reverse engineer or reuse our designs, code, identity systems, content or any creative asset without permission. Request usage rights before full payment is cleared. Claim authorship of design, code or content created by Suffler Media. Intellectual property is transferred only after full and final payment.
